Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct primary and secondary research to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor strategies. (Tractors And Heavy Machinery and Agriculture implements, Mandatory Manufacturing Industry experience or Knowledge))
Data Analysis: Utilize statistical tools to interpret complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies with market insights.
Forecasting: Develop market forecasts and projections to guide strategic planning.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
Education: B E / B Tech in Mechanical or MBA in Marketing (Preferred).
Experience: 2 – 5 years in market research or analysis, preferably within the manufacturing sector or Machinery Industry is Must.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, or Tableau and Presentation skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of market dynamics and trends in the machinery manufacturing industry (machinery manufacturing Mandatory).
