Summary
Minu Fashions is seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute data-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital platforms, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for performance marketing. You will be responsible for campaign execution, social media strategy, lead generation, performance tracking, and continuous optimization to support business growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop, lead, and manage end-to-end paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital media.
Campaign Performance & Analysis:
Analyze and interpret campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, social media insights, and vendor-specific tools to optimize budget and ROI.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
Create compelling landing pages and lead generation forms, ensuring optimal conversion rates and seamless user experiences.
Vendor Research & Partnerships:
Identify and test partnerships with new vendors to expand audience reach and reduce acquisition costs.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with content creators, designers, and sales teams to align messaging and maintain consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.
Social Media Marketing & Content Planning:
Plan and manage social media content calendars, publish engaging posts, and run targeted ad campaigns to grow and engage the community.
Email Marketing:
Build, manage, and analyze email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Market & Competitor Intelligence:
Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, and changes in the digital landscape to identify new opportunities.
Data-Driven Culture:
Foster a test-and-learn approach through A/B testing, experimentation, and performance benchmarking.
Tracking & Reporting:
Apply UTM parameters for campaign tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate attribution and actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in campaign management and performance analysis.
Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
Solid understanding of UTM tracking, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling.
Experience with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Elementor) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
