TripRoadie is a travel company that creates unforgettable group trips, customized tours, and unique travel experiences. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can grow our digital presence, especially on Instagram, by creating engaging and viral content around our trips.
Plan, create, and post engaging content (posts, reels, stories) for Instagram and other social platforms on a regular and consistent basis.
Manage and run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to generate leads and grow brand visibility.
Research and identify trending topics, viral content ideas, and industry trends to incorporate into TripRoadie’s content.
Create upcoming trip-related posts, promotional content, and engaging stories to drive bookings.
Develop and implement strategies to grow Instagram page followers, engagement, and reach.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide weekly reports with recommendations.
Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Experiment with creative formats (memes, reels, stories, interactive polls, Q&A, etc.) to engage the audience.
Proven experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Management (preferably travel or lifestyle industry).
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager).
Hands-on experience with Instagram content creation & posting tools (Canva, CapCut, InShot, Photoshop, etc.).
Ability to identify trends and create viral, relatable content.
Excellent communication skills and creativity in storytelling.
Basic understanding of analytics and growth strategies for social media platforms.
Passion for travel and creating engaging travel-related content (a plus!).
