Classic Learn is seeking a dedicated HR & Digital Marketing Teacher to manage backend operations and conduct online classes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in human resources and digital marketing and be comfortable teaching students in a virtual environment.
Conduct online classes on HR and digital marketing concepts.
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans using digital tools.
Manage backend operations related to course administration.
Provide daily reports to the manager on class progress and student engagement.
Assist in HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and team coordination.
Stay updated with the latest trends in HR and digital marketing to enhance course content.
Support students with assignments, queries, and career guidance.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and digital marketing strategies.
Prior experience in online teaching or corporate training is preferred.
Ability to manage backend operations efficiently.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online teaching tools.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing or HR Management is a plus.
