Job Title: HR & Digital Marketing Teacher (Online Teaching)

Location: Remote (Online)

Working Hours: 11 AM – 8 PM IST

Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month (Fixed)

Reporting To: Manager

Job Overview:

Classic Learn is seeking a dedicated HR & Digital Marketing Teacher to manage backend operations and conduct online classes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in human resources and digital marketing and be comfortable teaching students in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online classes on HR and digital marketing concepts.

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans using digital tools.

• Manage backend operations related to course administration.

• Provide daily reports to the manager on class progress and student engagement.

• Assist in HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and team coordination.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in HR and digital marketing to enhance course content.

• Support students with assignments, queries, and career guidance.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HR principles and digital marketing strategies.

• Prior experience in online teaching or corporate training is preferred.

• Ability to manage backend operations efficiently.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online teaching tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Certification in Digital Marketing or HR Management is a plus.
