Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Computer Operator to support our digital marketing operations. The role involves handling day-to-day computer tasks, managing data, maintaining records, assisting the marketing team with online tools/software, and ensuring smooth execution of digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate computer systems and software used in digital marketing operations.

Manage data entry, update records, and maintain organized databases (Excel, CRM, or company tools).

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and campaign performance data.

Handle email correspondence and maintain documentation.

Support the digital marketing team in uploading, scheduling, and monitoring online campaigns.

Perform routine system checks, backups, and ensure data security.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with IT when required.

Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative and operational tasks.

Maintain confidentiality of company data and client information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator (preferably in a digital marketing or IT environment).

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer troubleshooting.

Familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, social media platforms, CRM software) is a plus.

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

12th / Minimum Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications or related field.
