Business Analyst - Digital Marketing
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our
Digital Marketing team. The role will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance,
identifying trends, generating insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making to
improve ROI across channels such as Google ads, Affiliates, DSP’s, Tiktok, Programmatic,
Meta & more channels.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data across multiple digital
marketing channels (Google ads, Affiliates, Legacy channels & more)
• Track KPIs such as CTR, CR, ROI, CAC, LTV, impressions, conversions, and other
revenue KPI’s metrics
• Reporting to AVP – Global Digital Marketing and will work closely with the marketing
team to optimize campaign effectiveness and recommend budget reallocations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate
insights to Regional Digital Marketing Heads across Asia, ME, Africa, LATAM & Europe
regions.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify growth opportunities, risks, and performance
gaps.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and ROI modelling for campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, Telecom Clients, Program
Management, Analytics, MIS, Engineering, Operations, Product and Finance to align
performance goals.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of marketing performance data.
• Monitor competitor performance trends, benchmarks, and industry best practices.
Required skills:
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools
(Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio).
• Understanding of digital marketing channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads,
Programmatic, Affiliate, Tiktok, Video Ads.
• Experience with marketing analytics platforms: Google Analytics, GA4, AppsFlyer,
or similar preferable.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, attribution modelling, and user funnel analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work under tight
timelines.
Qualification:
• BE/B.Tech or Master degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics,
or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, performance marketing, or digital
analytics preferred.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced digital marketing agency, gaming, Telecom
Industry, e-commerce, or SaaS environment is preferred.
