CTC Maximum: Rs 10.20 Lac Per Annum (LPA). Monthly salary Rs 85 thousand per month (KPM) provide you fulfill the competencies +Incentive - 10% on the profits received on additional sales ( above the quarterly sales target ) that is generated every quarter.
Key Skills:
· In depth knowledge of basics sales process and Proven experience in sales within the logistics/courier industry.Minimum 8years of experience of handling sales in courier and cargo or logistics
· Must have salesexperience in closing targets and converting prospects to orders within timelinesMeet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development.
· Excellent communication skills written and oral in English, Hindi, Marathi Energetic, confident, and persuasive communicator,Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Willingness for mobility for client visits PAN India. Ability to travel across India & open new office & generate new business
· Team player,ability to lead at least a team of 3-4 members, adaptable
· Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
· Identifying,approach, and acquire new business opportunities in the logistics sector.Present and promote the company’s full range of services to prospective clients.
· Deliver engaging presentations and proposals as needed to meet client requirements.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current to ensure repeat business.
· Developing customized targeted sales strategies.Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development.
· Management and handling of the tender or RFQ process in Government departments or corporate and submit the required documents within the timelines
· Maintaining all accounts, updating the database
· Generate sales reports as required.Manage the sales forecast and project the revenue that can be generated through new business prospects and track the progress
· Coordinate and follow up selling activities within the team and ensure deliveries are properly handled

· Work from Office Only
· Willingness to travel to client office within Pune region and PAN India
· Probation period - 3 months
· Notice period -3months
