Confirm the customer’s identity (Aadhar/PAN match).
Check whether all documents match the required checklist:
KYC (PAN, Aadhar, Photo, Address proof)
Income documents (Salary slips, ITR, Form 16, Bank statements)
Property documents (if applicable)
Ensure documents are clear, readable, and complete.
Count documents in front of the customer.
Fill acknowledgment/receipt slip with:
Applicant’s name
Date & time
List of collected documents
Customer signature + Your signature
Give customer copy of the acknowledgment.
