We are looking for a Hub Manager to lead and manage our spoke store operations at Worli Dairy. The Hub Manager will ensure smooth incoming (truck unloading), storage (cold chain compliance), and outgoing (rider dispatch) processes while maintaining product quality, safety, and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure temperature compliance.
  
  

• Monitor truck unloading/loading under CCTV with proper counting & reporting.
  
  

• Oversee sanitisation of insulated bags and rider hygiene checks (including alcohol tests).
  
  

• Assign orders to riders via the delivery portal & ensure on-time dispatch.
  
  

• Maintain inventory reconciliation, attendance, and daily reports.
  
  

• Ensure safety & compliance with FSSAI norms.
  
  

• Handle escalations, rider absenteeism, and operational disruptions.
  
  

Requirements

•  Graduate (Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field)

•  2–5 yrs experience in last-mile delivery / FMCG cold chain / logistics.

•  Knowledge of Cold temperature-sensitive handling.

•  Strong people management.

•  Familiarity with delivery portals, Excel/Sheets.

•  Skills: inventory control, dispatch planning, safety & compliance.

•  Good communication (Kannada & English )
