SALARY STRUCTURE:

30 days - 17000/- + Petrol (₹1500) + mobile reimbursement (₹300).

29 days - 16500/- + Petrol (₹1500) + mobile reimbursement (₹300).

28 days - 16000/- + Petrol (₹1500) + mobile reimbursement (₹300).

27 days - 15000/- + Petrol (₹1500) + mobile reimbursement (₹300).

26 days - 14500/- + Petrol (₹1500) + mobile reimbursement (₹300).

25 days -14000/- + Petrol (₹1500) + mobile reimbursement (₹300).

24 days -13500/- + Petrol (₹1500) + mobile reimbursement (₹300).

23 days -13000/- + Petrol (₹1500) + mobile reimbursement (₹300).

22 days -12500/- + Petrol (₹1500).

21 days -12000/- + Petrol (₹1500).

20 days -11500/- + Petrol (₹1000).

19 days -11000/- + Petrol (₹1000)

18 days - 10500/- + Petrol (₹1000)

17 days - 10000/- + Petrol (₹1000)

16 days - 9500/- + Petrol (₹1000).

15 days - 9000/- + Petrol (₹1000).

14 days - 8500/- + Petrol (₹800).

13 days - 8000/- + Petrol (₹800).

12 days - 7500/- + Petrol (₹800).

11 days - 7000/- + Petrol (₹800).

10 days - 6500/- + Petrol (₹500).

9 days - 6000/- + Petrol (₹500).

4 days - 3000/- + Petrol (₹300).

3 days - 2200/- + Petrol (₹300).

2 days- 1200/- + Petrol (₹200).

1 day - 600/- + Petrol (₹200).

Notes:

1) Salary will be paid on 1st or 16th of every month based on their attendance and parcels delivered.

2) Allowance upto 3000/- based on performance {Attendance (25 days), Parcels delivered, good behaviour with vendor, customers & hub TL, and professionism}.

3) Vendor has the right to deploy any delivery boy at anytime without paying salary under these conditions: Irregularity, irresponsive, and bad behaviour with customers, hub people and vendor.

4) Be patient and control your anger, just remember you are working for company.

5) Increment of 3000/- will be given for every 3 months if vendor, hub team, and Ekart team satisfies with your work.
