Job Title: Grocery Delivery Boy

Reporting To: Delivery Supervisor / Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for punctual, responsible, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Grocery Delivery Boys. The Delivery Boy will be responsible for delivering groceries and related products to customers' homes or designated locations in a timely and safe manner, while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up grocery orders from the store or warehouse.

• Safely and timely deliver products to customers as per schedule.

• Communicate with customers regarding delivery status.

• Collect payments (if applicable) and obtain delivery confirmations.

• Handle groceries with care to avoid damage or spillage.

• Navigate using GPS or maps to reach delivery locations.

• Follow traffic rules and maintain a clean delivery vehicle.

• Report any issues, delays, or customer complaints to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Valid driving license (bike/scooter) and a personal vehicle (if required).

• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.

• Physically fit and able to carry grocery bags.

• Basic communication skills in [insert language(s)].

• Reliable, honest, and able to work under pressure.

• Previous delivery experience is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
