Pick up and deliver items to customers within assigned routes or areas.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Handle products with care and maintain delivery vehicle/bike in good condition.
Collect payments or obtain signatures when required.
Provide excellent customer service during each delivery.
Follow all traffic rules, safety protocols, and company policies.
Report any delivery issues, delays, or vehicle concerns to the supervisor.
Minimum [10th/12th grade] education.
Valid driving license (2-wheeler/4-wheeler, as required).
Own vehicle (preferred, if company vehicle not provided).
Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physically fit and able to handle packages.
Punctual, honest, and dependable.
