We are seeking a reliable and energetic Delivery Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely, safe, and accurate delivery of packages/orders to our customers. The ideal candidate is punctual, possesses excellent navigation skills, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Operations:

  • deliver food to clients in a safe and timely manner, following scheduled routes and time limits.

  • Verify package contents for accuracy against delivery manifest before leaving and upon delivery.

  • Obtain necessary signatures and complete all required paperwork for each delivery and pickup.

• Vehicle & Safety:

  • Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle (e.g. motorbike) to ensure it is in excellent working condition.

  • Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company safety standards at all times.

  • Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues immediately to the supervisor.

• Customer Service & Communication:

  • Interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.

  • Handle cash transactions and payments accurately, where required, and provide change.

  • Communicate proactively with dispatchers or supervisors regarding delays, issues, or discrepancies.
