We are looking for a reliable and professional Van Delivery Boy for Hiveloop Technology Private Limited (Udaan) in Kolkata at our Kamarhati location, responsible for delivering grocery items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and handed to the right customer.

• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles

• Accepting payments for delivered items, if applicable.

• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.

• Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record

• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have above 10th, with strong time management and customer service skills, attention to detail, and prior relevant experience as a plus.
