Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up food orders from restaurants or outlets.

• Deliver food items to customers at specified addresses promptly.

• Confirm delivery with the customer and collect payment if required.

• Ensure the safe handling and transportation of food.

• Navigate efficiently using GPS or delivery apps.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of delivery bag and uniform.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally.

• Report any delivery or traffic issues to the supervisor.

• Follow company policies and road safety rules at all times.
