Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up grocery orders from the store or warehouse

• Ensure accuracy of items before delivery (matching order with the receipt)

• Deliver groceries to customer addresses safely and on time

• Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and timings

• Collect payment if required (cash or digital)

• Handle grocery items with care to prevent damage

• Maintain records of deliveries and receipts

• Follow traffic and safety rules

• Report any issues or delays to the supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Valid driver's license (if using a motor vehicle)

• Own two-wheeler or bicycle (preferred, if not company-provided)

• Familiarity with local delivery areas

• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
