Job Summary:

We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Grocery Delivery Boys to deliver groceries and other household items to customers in a timely and safe manner. The ideal candidate will have good navigation skills, a polite attitude, and the physical stamina to carry packages of varying sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver grocery orders to customers as per assigned routes or delivery schedules.

• Verify order details before delivery to ensure accuracy.

• Maintain communication with customers regarding delivery times or delays.

• Handle grocery items with care to prevent damage or spoilage.

• Collect payment (if required) and issue receipts.

• Maintain delivery logs and report any issues or delays to the supervisor.

• Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.

• Keep the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) clean and well-maintained.

• Assist with basic store tasks if required, such as packing or sorting items.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Valid driver’s license or two-wheeler license.

• Own a two-wheeler (preferred, not mandatory depending on company policy).

• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps).

• Strong time management and customer service skills.

• Physically fit and able to lift medium-weight packages (up to 20 kg).

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
