Job Title: Grocery Delivery Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Grocery Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering groceries to customers in a timely, safe, and friendly manner. Your goal is to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction with each order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up prepared grocery orders from store or warehouse.

• Deliver groceries to customer homes or specified locations.

• Review orders for accuracy and ensure all items are accounted for.

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times or order issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

• Follow all traffic and safety regulations.

• Collect customer payments or confirm prepayment as required.

• Handle groceries with care, including perishable and fragile items.

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Reliable vehicle (if using own vehicle) and proof of insurance.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Strong time-management and communication skills.

• Familiarity with GPS and delivery routing apps.

• Friendly and professional demeanor.

• Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus.
