Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up orders from designated stores or warehouses and deliver them safely and on time to customers.

• Ensure accurate scanning and tracking of orders using the mobile app.

• Maintain proper communication with customers and the support team to ensure smooth delivery.

• Verify order details and handle customer requests or queries professionally.

• Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of goods.

• Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback promptly.

• Uphold the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction by providing courteous and efficient service.

Requirements:

• A valid two-wheeler license and access to a two-wheeler (where applicable).

• Smartphone with internet connectivity.

• Good communication skills and basic reading/writing ability.
