Key Responsibilities
Medicine Delivery: Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner, following planned routes and time schedules.
Order Verification: Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy, completeness, and customer satisfaction.
Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, and update the office after each trip.
Customer Service: Communicate with customers in a professional manner and assist in resolving any service-related issues.
Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the delivery vehicle is in proper working order (though specific maintenance is often handled separately, general upkeep is expected).
Typical Requirements
Vehicle: Must have a personal two-wheeler (bike) for deliveries.
License: A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Documents: Essential documents often required include an Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and a bank account for salary purposes.
Skills: Punctuality, responsibility, good knowledge of the local area/travelling routes, and the ability to use a smartphone for navigation/delivery apps.
Physicality: Assisting with loading and unloading items from the vehicle.
