Key Responsibilities:
Collect items from the warehouse/vendor and deliver them to customers within the assigned area.
Verify delivery details such as customer address, contact number, and order items.
Ensure timely delivery and maintain delivery schedules.
Handle products with care to prevent damage during transportation.
Collect payments (cash, card, or digital) and maintain accurate records of transactions (if applicable).
Obtain customer signatures upon delivery as proof of delivery.
Handle returns or exchanges as per company policy.
Maintain communication with the dispatcher or team leader for updates and route changes.
Report any delivery issues, accidents, or delays promptly.
Keep the delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, or company-provided vehicle) in good working condition.
