Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

This role welcomes freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the Customer Support / Tele Caller field. The candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in any language. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary. This position requires Post Graduate, and the candidate should be comfortable working 5 days working & two rotational week offs during the Day shift.
