Handle inbound customer calls in Tamil related to TANGEDCO/TNEB services
Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently
Maintain call quality and adhere to process guidelines
Record and update customer interactions in the system
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Education: Any Degree - Degree mandatory
Languages: Fluent Tamil (spoken & written) + Basic English
Experience: Freshers welcome; BPO experience is an added advantage
Shift Flexibility: Must be open to rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
Day Shifts:
Morning: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evening: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Night Shift:
8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (4 days work, 3 days off)
