As a Customer Care Executive, you will handle inbound calls from TANGEDCO/TNEB customers, addressing queries related to electricity services, billing, and complaints. Your role is to ensure a smooth and helpful customer experience in Tamil, with basic English communication as needed.
Answer incoming customer calls in Tamil and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer issues related to electricity services, billing, and outages.
Maintain call logs and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Follow communication scripts and adhere to quality standards.
Work in rotational shifts, including night and weekend shifts.
Education: Any Degree or Diploma (Candidates with arrears are eligible).
Languages: Fluent in Tamil (spoken and written) with basic English.
Experience: Freshers welcome; BPO experience is a plus.
Shift Flexibility: Must be open to rotational shifts (morning, evening, night).
Morning: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evening: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Night: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (4 days work, 3 days off)
Base Salary: ₹10,000/month (Morning shift) ; 12,000/month + incentives (Night shift)
Incentives: Attendance bonus + Overtime pay
