Job Description BDE ( Bengali Voice Process )

We are hiring Voice Process Executives who are fluent in Bengali to handle inbound and/or outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Bengali, along with the ability to assist customers, resolve queries, and deliver quality service or sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound/outbound sales calls in Bengali.

• Pitch products and convert leads into sales.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Meet daily/weekly sales targets.

• Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style.

• Record customer interactions in CRM.

• Follow sales scripts and company policies.

• Escalate unresolved issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Bengali (mandatory)

• Basic understanding of Hindi and/or English is a plus

• 10+2 / Graduate in any stream

• Prior experience in voice process/customer service/telecalling is an advantage

• Good listening and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
