Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0 - 0.5 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Tamil, Hindi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 10th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
