Key Responsibilities:
● Order Management: Handle and process diagnostic test orders placed by partners and direct customers with accuracy and efficiency.
● Customer Communication: Make timely outbound calls to customers to confirm order details and provide necessary information regarding their booking.
● Special Instructions: Clearly communicate special instructions to customers to ensure they are prepared for their tests.
● Prescription Interpretation: Read and interpret medical prescriptions to identify and schedule appropriate tests or services.
● TRF Registration: Accurately register Test Requisition Forms (TRFs) as part of the booking and documentation process.
● Client and Doctor Interaction: Communicate professionally with partnered clients and doctors to coordinate bookings and resolve any order-related queries.
● Escalation Handling: Address and resolve customer escalations related to order bookings in a prompt and empathetic manner.
● Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with internal departments such as Logistics, Lab, and Customer Support to ensure bookings are completed on time and accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to read and interpret prescriptions and medical documents
● Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
● Organizational and time management skills
● Basic knowledge of diagnostic services and TRFs is preferred
● Experience with CRM or order management systems is a plus
● Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical coordination is an advantage
