We are seeking a Travel Counsellor to join our team at Sky-sketch India. This role involves managing calls, delivering outstanding customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to the industry. The position offers a starting salary of 9,000 for the first three months, after which it will increase to 10,000 based on your performance during the six-month provisional period. After the successful completion of the provisional period, we will finalise your actual salary and other company benefits. It also provides a dynamic environment with growth opportunities.

Students or candidates under 25 years old are not eligible for our recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently. Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Provide timely and relevant information to the client to resolve their issues. Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
