🔍 About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused, and organized Operations Executive to manage the back-end and on-ground execution of travel itineraries, ensure smooth coordination with vendors, and provide timely support to clients before, during, and after their trip. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless travel experience.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end execution of international travel bookings including flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and travel insurance.

Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, transport vendors, guides, and local partners to confirm and manage bookings.

Prepare and verify travel itineraries and vouchers.

Maintain records of bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds.

Assist the sales team with itinerary feasibility, costing, and operations support.

Address client queries, changes, or emergencies during the trip with speed and professionalism.

Track and manage all bookings in CRM or operations software.

Follow up on vendor payments and client dues.

Ensure documentation and travel requirements (visas, permits, insurance) are met.

Maintain client feedback and work on improving operations efficiency.

🎯 Requirements:

Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).

2+ years of experience in tour operations or travel coordination (preferred).

Knowledge of international and domestic destinations, visa processes, and airline portals.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English required).

Tech-savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and travel booking platforms.
