The ideal candidate will provide expert advice, plan customized itineraries, and manage all aspects of clients’ travel arrangements. This role involves a combination of sales, customer service, and operational coordination to deliver exceptional travel experiences.
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.
Plan and sell domestic and international travel packages, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours.
Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, visa processes, and travel insurance.
Ensure timely issuance of tickets, vouchers, and travel documents.
Handle booking changes, cancellations, and reissues efficiently.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive rates.
Stay informed on travel trends, emerging destinations, and government advisories.
Deliver exceptional post-trip support and handle any travel-related issues or complaints.
Maintain accurate records of client profiles, bookings, and financial transactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
