Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.

• Plan and sell domestic and international travel packages, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours.

• Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, visa processes, and travel insurance.

• Ensure timely issuance of tickets, vouchers, and travel documents.

• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and reissues efficiently.

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive rates.

• Stay informed on travel trends, emerging destinations, and government advisories.

• Deliver exceptional post-trip support and handle any travel-related issues or complaints.

• Maintain accurate records of client profiles, bookings, and financial transactions.

  Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

• Knowledge of visa, passport, and international travel regulations.
