TATA AIG is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals for the position of Telesales Executive. This role involves handling outbound and inbound calls to promote insurance products, answer client queries, and close sales effectively. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance products.
Provide accurate information about policy terms, benefits, and premiums.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and convert them to sales.
Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns or referrals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Record customer details and sales conversations in CRM software.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation of sales as per company and IRDAI regulations.
Build rapport with clients and maintain relationships for repeat business.
Handle objections and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: 1+ year in telesales, preferably in the insurance sector
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
Work Mode: Office-based, Day Shift (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
Excellent verbal communication in English and local languages
Confidence in telephone-based selling
Persuasive skills and the ability to handle rejection
Basic computer literacy and CRM experience
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
