Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of Telesales Executive at our Chandivali office. If you have good communication skills and a positive attitude, this is your chance to be part of a growing team in a non-target-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads

• Explain products/services clearly and effectively

• Answer queries and handle objections professionally

• Maintain follow-ups and record customer interactions

• Meet daily calling targets (no sales targets)

• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any stream

• Basic communication skills (Average English or Hindi is fine)

• Good listening and convincing ability

• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software is an added advantage

• A positive, self-motivated attitude and eagerness to learn
