The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for member engagement, sales follow-ups, and outbound calling for promotions, events, and campaigns. The role focuses on effective communication and persuasion to enhance ASA’s member experience and revenue growth.
· Make outbound calls to prospective members/clients as per call lists.
· Promote ASA facilities, events, and offers.
· Handle inbound calls and resolve member queries effectively.
· Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/reporting formats.
· Assist in lead generation and appointment setting for sales teams.
· Achieve individual and team targets related to outreach and conversions.
Qualifications & Skills
· Graduate in any discipline.
· 1–3 years of telemarketing or customer service experience.
· Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
· Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems preferred.
· Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi will be an advantage.
