Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives, providing guidance and support.
Assign daily targets and monitor team performance to ensure achievement of sales goals
Develop and implement telesales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ensure the team effectively communicates the value proposition of IT products/services.
Oversee the team’s interactions with potential customers to ensure professionalism and adherence to company guidelines.
Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints and provide resolution.
Track team performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Provide constructive feedback to team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Basic understanding of IT products and services.
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
1-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role in the IT industry.
Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field
Prior leadership experience, even in an informal capacity, is a plus.
