We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Team Leader – Telesales with strong experience in Personal Loan and Business Loan products. The ideal candidate must have prior exposure to DSA, Banks, or NBFCs, with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a telesales team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Handle end-to-end telesales operations for Personal and Business Loans.
Ensure high-quality customer interactions and conversion rates.
Guide team members on calling scripts, objection handling, and effective pitching.
Maintain discipline, target focus, and a positive work culture.
Provide daily/weekly reports on sales performance and team updates.
Required Skills & Experience:
1–10 years of experience in telesales for Personal Loans/Business Loans.
Prior experience working with DSA / Banks / NBFCs is highly preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good understanding of lending products, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
Education:
Minimum: Graduate (Any stream)
