We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at My Money Mantra. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers selling loan products.
Train new team members on scripts, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
Monitor daily calling activities, conversions, and team performance.
Allocate leads and ensure proper follow-up and closure.
Achieve and exceed team targets for call volume, lead conversion, and sales.
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Track individual and team performance using reports/CRM tools.
Maintain high morale and discipline within the team.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager or Branch Head for lead management and campaign updates.
Conduct regular feedback and performance review sessions with team members.
Minimum: 12th or Graduate in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in telecalling or loan sales; minimum 1 year in a team leader role.
Strong knowledge of personal loans, business loans, or other unsecured financial products.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Good understanding of telecalling tools, CRM systems, and reporting formats.
Ability to lead by example, meet deadlines, and manage targets.
