We are looking for an highly motivated Tele caller Executive for Motilal Oswal Financial Services -Sub broker based in New Delhi, Candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to HNI clients, Opening of Dmat Accounts, Pitch Various Investment Products and manage the day to day operations.

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at United It Services. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Stock Market / Mutual Funds. The role offers ₹19000 - ₹22000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

Manage database of HNI Clients .

Coordinate with MOSL Products and Backend team

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.

Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.

Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.

Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.

Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
