Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer – Credit Card Sales to join

our Tele Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating credit card sales through

outbound calls, building customer relationships, and meeting monthly targets with high

professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell credit cards.

• Identify customer needs and recommend the right product.

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.

• Follow up on leads and generate additional referrals.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

• Comply with bank guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in tele sales or credit card sales (banking experience preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Target-driven and able to work under pressure.

• Language Preference: Good English communication; Hindi languages are an advantage.

• Basic computer handling skills like Microsoft office & Banking applications handling skill are

added advantage.
