About the Role
We are looking for driven and passionate Telecalling Executives to join TORRINS, a leading platform for music education. The role involves calling prospective leads, promoting our music programs/instrument sales and evening classes, and converting leads into successful enrollments and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential leads and customers.
Promote Torrins evening music classes and musical instruments.
Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments/sales.
Maintain a strong follow-up system with leads.
Should be capable of working in MS Office and Google Sheets/Docs.
Represent Torrins with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Passion for music; knowledge of music or ability to play an instrument preferred.
Driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus.
