We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Inbound) to handle incoming customer queries and provide timely resolutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
Handle inbound calls from customers and resolve their queries efficiently.
Provide accurate information and support regarding products/services.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up as necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions.
Meet daily/weekly targets related to call handling and resolution.
Good communication skills in Gujarati Language
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to stay calm and handle customer complaints professionally.
Prior experience in a customer support role is an added advantage (not mandatory).
