Job Description Summary – Helpdesk Tele Caller (MMPBY Project)
We are hiring full-time Helpdesk Tele Callers for the Mukhyamantri Mangla Pashu Bima Yojana (MMPBY) project in Rajisthan . The role involves handling inbound calls from farmers and officials regarding cattle insurance claims, recording and entering claim details into the system, and communicating with the field team via WhatsApp. Candidates must have basic computer skills, good communication in Hindi, and the ability to interact empathetically with rural callers. Prior experience in customer service is a plus. The position requires working 8-hour shifts across all 7 days, with a weekly off on a rotation basis.
