Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with 0.5 - 4 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Marathi, Hindi. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
