Make daily outbound calls in English and Malayalam to potential and existing customers.
Explain Simpel’s products and services clearly, highlighting how they can benefit clients.
Identify customer needs, answer questions, and handle objections with professionalism and patience.
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in our system (CRM/database).
Follow up on leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team as needed.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly call and conversion targets while keeping a friendly tone.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English and Malayalam skills. You should speak clearly and listen attentively.
Customer Service: A positive, professional attitude with good interpersonal skills. Patience and politeness on calls are a must.
Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, email, internet). Experience with CRM software is a plus, but training will be provided.
Education: 10th/12th pass or any graduate (preferred, but not mandatory).
Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and grow into the role (we provide training and support).
