💼 Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via phone calls and explain Samstiti’s services fluently in English.

• Showcase product demos clearly and confidently.

• Use MS Excel to manage sales reports, lead data, and performance tracking.

• Submit daily sales reports including customer responses and conversation details.

• Handle regular follow-ups with prospects and existing leads.

• Close leads effectively to earn performance-based incentives.

🧠 Skills Required

• Fluent English communication (verbal & written)

• Laptop handling and basic software proficiency (especially MS Excel)

• Excellent convincing ability and customer engagement

• Confident in presenting demos and clarifying service benefits

• Strong follow-up and lead closure skills

💰 Incentive Structure

• Lead Closure Bonus: 2.5% of sale value

• Target Closure Bonus: Additional 5% per successful sale

Example: If product price is ₹ABCD, incentive = ABCD × 2.5% (lead) + ABCD × 5% (target closure)
