Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products/services.
Handle inbound queries professionally and convert leads into sales.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information.
Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team if required.
Maintain call records and daily reporting to the team leader/manager.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Confident, energetic, and persuasive speaking skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Multilingual ability is a plus.
Candidates with experience in telesales, BPO, or customer service will be preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
