We are looking for a Telecaller who can handle customer calls, collect customer details, maintain records, and provide customer support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Make outbound calls to customers regarding inquiries, orders, or follow-ups.
Handle inbound calls related to product details, pricing, complaints, and support.
Provide clear information about company products and services.
Maintain a polite and professional tone with every customer.
Collect and update customer details in the system (name, phone, address, requirements).
Maintain accurate customer databases in Excel/CRM.
Verify customer information and ensure no duplicate records.
Follow up with leads provided by management.
Understand customer needs and share appropriate product details.
Convert inquiries into sales support leads for the sales team.
Coordinate with sales team for order updates.
Share customer feedback with management.
Prepare daily call reports and follow-up reports.
Good Hindi & basic English communication
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email)
Professional phone etiquette
Ability to handle customer queries calmly
Time management and record-keeping skills
Minimum 12th pass
Experience in telecalling / customer service preferred
