Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate call logs, updating customer information in a CRM system, and documenting sales and interactions.
Achieving Targets:
Meeting monthly sales targets and contributing to the team's overall sales performance.
Collaboration:
Working with sales and support teams to improve the customer experience and streamline processes.
