Lead Generation:

Gather customer interest and relevant details.
Customer Support:
Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
Collect feedback and maintain records.
Sales / Promotions:
Promote products or services during calls.
Achieve sales or booking targets through telecalling.
Data Management:
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
Prepare call reports regularly.
Target Achievement:
Meet the assigned call or sales targets within deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional language.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Persuasive and confident with a professional phone manner.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass (Some companies prefer Graduation).
Office-based or remote (depends on the company).
Fixed working hours, sometimes in shifts.
