Job Description:
We are looking for a Tele Executive to join our team at Infinity India Travel Club Private Limited. This role involves handling client interactions via calls, explain travel and event packages, ensure customer participation in weekend events, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Hospitality, Travel & Tourism.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
Requirements:
10th Pass and 0–2 years of experience in Travel / Tourism / Hospitality / Event Management.
Good communication & convincing skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
