We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound queries, and converting leads into sales or appointments. You should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve queries and provide information.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Maintain records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
Minimum Graduation is required.
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role is a plus.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
